breath

what is the difference between the air:
in my lungs, in my trachea, in my throat,
in my mouth, right outside my mouth,
any distance away from me but
coherent enough to identify by smell

and

all the rest of the air in the atmosphere?

the difference is that one is my breath and one is not.
